Never use the words "authentic cuisine" when talking about an Asian buffet. It's as far from that as you can get. This is an Americanized insta-Asian hot food bar.
That said, most of the items on the 15ft island were either swimming in fluid (Egg Foo Yung is not a soup, folks) or empty.

My wife being Asian turned around and walked out if the place after seeing their buffet. I went ahead and dined by myself. It was very poor quality food, mostly all breading on fried foods, overcooked, and greasey. Ended up having my wife to Rose Garden where there was much higher quality food!
Few selections. Fried rice was literally fried rice with soy sauce no veggies. Lo mein was spaghetti noodles with soy sauce. Clean restaurant with friendly waitress. $10.50 for buffet and drink. Drive the 20 mins to Shawnee or an hour to OKC for better selection.
