I love coming to this location because everyone is very friendly and my order is perfect every time; the only complaint I have is on two separate occasions I’ve had my stars used for my order without my permission. Today, I got two separate orders; the first order was my drink which I did ask to use my stars for so that was all fine — the drink tasted amazing. Shortly thereafter, I went back and got a chocolate croissant and specifically said, “I want to use my card this time” — because the barista at the register took my drink order earlier, too — so I gave no indication this time around that I wanted to use my stars for my croissant yet the barista still used them. I really don’t want to be that person, but, please, don’t use someone’s stars when they don’t give you permission. It’s very frustrating because I’m currently trying to save my stars up and now I have to save up even more because 100 of them were used without my permission. Besides this issue, I love this location and I hope they fix this issue to make the experience even better because I’ve never had this issue in the last 6 years I’ve been coming to this location; this has only started happening recently.
A Sequim Angel paid it forward or perhaps I should say backwards. I drove up to pay and someone ahead a had paid for my coffee. So sweet! Service always fast and drinks consistently delicious.

The absolutely most amazingly awesome coffee shop I've been too! Over the decades I've been to coffee shops all over the world. It is good to check out the local shops but for the consistency of experience you just can't beat Starbucks and at this particular store nearly every one of their baristas make drinks right every time. What I love most here is how much they connect with customers - seems so much more the exception anymore.
The one thing I don't like at this Starbucks are some of the customers that are so over the top asinine to the workers. The things I've witnessed some do used to be shunned by all as a completely unacceptable way to treat a fellow human being. For the workers at this Starbucks, I just want you to know it isn't you - those of us in the community see these people out and about at other places and driving and they are clearly the most miserable folks and their hateful and vile attitude doesn't go unrecognized by the rest of us that both appreciate you and feel anyone that acts like those rude customers should not be accepted at any business. The shameful way they conduct themselves takes away from all of our days.

Can't have a small town without your local Starbucks! ☕ The staff are awesome and very upbeat, they always seem to be in good spirits. This branch had an interior update not too long ago, love what they revised. Come in and drop by for your seasonal holiday drink!
The employees are always so polite to my mom and I when we go. Leah and Shawn are very sweet and fun to talk to.

The staff here are friendly, so if anybody stops at Sequim, WA, visit this Starbucks, right across from Home Depot and next door to AT&T
This Starbucks also has a drive thru (like most of the Starbucks I’ve been to)
I would recommend this for those who are curious to try Sean’s Neapolitan Frappuccino.
Excellent service but they remodeled the building but they did not take my suggestion and put some noise ACOUSTICS. They need to fix this issue.

If I ever have a messed up order I always try and go back to the individual store that messed up my order, but sometimes that's not feasible. We were headed out of town for a hike and didn't realize both our drink orders were wrong until we were well past being able to turn around. This store was on the way to our location so we stopped in and they were more than happy to fix or drinks even though they weren't the ones that mixed our order up. It was so appreciated, thank you!!!
Went through the drive through today Feb 8 & I believe her name was Taylor was very sincerely happy, pleasant, professional & a bit of fun during our experience. My Venti Double Shot with lite ice was exactly what I needed. Thank you and your crew.
Only Starbucks around, and did have outside seating, so we could keep our dog with us.
As always Starbucks is my jam! Carmel ribbon crunch grande with two extra espresso shots for me please! 😸
Drive thru is always quick. Drinks are well made and never a drip down the side. The Barista are always happy and well presented greeting with a smile 😁.
Prices are what they are for a nice treat after work or any time of the day. Hot or cold coffee is delicious 😋
They even have very stylish cups for sale.
Fyi the cookies crumble is also a favorite of mine. 😉
