Party of 7 here. The service was so good that I had to do a review just for it. The food was excellent but our server Freddie was truly a treasure. Food was correct first go round and knew who got what. Glass never empty. Constantly checking on us. Attitude great. Knows that menu. A true treasure these days. It made the visit there so much more enjoyable. I hope IHOP is doing whatever they can to keep him. Thank you Freddie M. You are the best.
Thank you to Sevierville IHOP for donating pumpkin pancakes to my first grade class as we were having a special pumpkin day at school. The children loved them!
The restaurant was extremely busy but clean and well staffed. My food was tasty and came out very quickly. There was one issue - I ordered my bacon well done, but it came out practically rare (delivered by a staff member other than my server). My server was so nice and professional, and every other special request I had made was done perfectly, so I decided not to say anything. When my server came to check on me, he immediately saw that my bacon was not how I ordered it and said he would take care of it immediately. He returned quickly with a plate of well done bacon and apologized. Very pleasant experience.
Super quick service, great food all cooked as requested, and reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong having breakfast here!
This was one of the nicer ihops that I’ve ever been in. It was clean and quiet, Sam was our server and he was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed French toast and pancakes and eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy. The cinnamon pancakes were so good - tasted just like a cinnamon roll.
Had pancake with butter pecan syrup craving. Satisfied.
Wife had crepe combo with poached eggs. Perfect.
Always better than all the touristy pancake houses in town
French Toast was amazing!! One of my favorite restaurants.. loved the little gift shop!! The wait for take out was definitely await.. Considering everything, short staffed and Difficult to find a parking place.. The food and the little gift shop was worth it..
IHOP always does a good job! Fast service & good food! I tried the chocolate chocolate pancakes for the first time! So delicious! My husband always likes their full breakfast- pancakes, eggs, sausage, & hash browns! He loves their shredded hash browns.

Amazing place for breakfast. I went there with my friends and Samuel was our sever and he did a great job. Food was on time in the table and the taste was perfect. 🥰 Thank you Samuel.
We had Freddy as a waiter, and he was very nice. He came around several times to make sure everything was ok and was very quick when we needed something.
Super delicious breakfast. Had blueberry pancakes, vegan sandwich with eggs, Buttermilk biscuits. Prices are slightly on higher side but all dishes were amazing
A very pleasant breakfast. Eggs were cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. Our waiter brought extra napkins right away so we didn't have to ask for them and checked on us frequently. No waiting for the check or trying to flag him down. Everything was very smooth and enjoyable.
If you're looking to get some great breakfast this location won't have you waiting around for an hour just to be seated like everywhere else will. They will get you in and out, all while providing great food and customer service. They also have a gift shop for you to buy some last minute souvenirs before you head home! Highly recommend eating here.
Megan is an excellent server. She has been our server several times and is always attentive to our needs. In addition, Jabal is a very caring host.
