Such a great experience!! Probably the best burger I’ve had in America so far. Seriously. Cooked to perfection, not chewy , not over-seasoned….Simply perfect meal. Didn’t even have room for fries after eating that big boy. Can’t beat the price for the quality, I left very impressed and look forward

employees just kinda seemed like it was late and had been a long day. but the food was great, (as always)
The food was great but the shakes were the best part. Burgers were good, not big on tiny shoe string fries but okay, onion rings were nice, and so overall a higher quality fast food place. I would come back and the staff were nice enough. Also if you sign up for their app you get a free shake so
This was new to us. You had to place your order on a computer & pay. Your order number was on receipt & they call when it's ready.
I got a buttery garlic burger & fries. He got burger & fries. Mine was delicious but a bit messy. Never had this before.
Ordering through the touch screen was easy. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the corporate greed and making customers pay for little sauce packets. Also, there was no option for a free water cup.
The burgers were great. Sad they don’t have the Cajun burger anymore. String fries delicious. The service was ok. With the digital order screens no contact was really required. The chic shake was so yummy.
Best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve been too. This I’m definitely tops the Miami one I live near. I’m here on vacation and I have to give it to this location. Super friendly employees service was quick and food taste extremely fresh. Thank you for such an amazing job!
Steak n Shake right on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We ate there because it's right across the street from the Nascar Speedpark and Tanger outlets, where we spent the day. Good food. Fast service. Interior wasn't that clean though.

Food is always awesome here. Some of the people behind the counter were very hard to understand, English wasn't their first language and very thick accents. But they were all fairly friendly. Pricing is pretty good as well.
It's disappointing that steak n shake isn't open 24 hours anymore. They do have picnic tables outside to sit at, we ordered our food and sat there. It was before 11 and the dining area was closed. The chili Mac Supreme sauce is different than it used to be but still good, just not the same. No chees
