Visiting pigeon forge for the very first time but stopped at this Wendy's location drivethru 15 minutes prior to closing had a6-10 minute wait food was made to order food was freshly cooked& hot staff had a amazing attitude bought my food out to me & this Wendy's location is hiring starting wage$10.00 better than the Alabama pay 👍
We picked up the 50 piece nugget before our hike & turns out this Wendy's is pretty good.
The front counter employee was friendly and courteous. He was pretty funny too. My order came out pretty quick. The bathrooms were clean and the dining room was getting vacuumed. Overall, a great experience.
Chicken nuggets hot out of the fryer and the frosty was actually cold and solid too. Other places I get a frosty and it's all soupy and I hate it so it was awesome to actually get a solid frosty. The staff was super friendly. The ladies restroom was clean. The dining room was clean. I was impressed!
The outside if this Wendy's is not like the recently updated Wendy's that you may have seen around. The inside does appear to be updated. The restaurant is bright and open and clean. The service was fast and friendly. The food is good and what you would expect for Wendy's.
Fresh nuggets and great food. But they never get our order right not once in 3 years or more. Never send ranch when we ask and always have to pull up and wait. CHECK YOUR ORDER ALWAYS. best chili at a Wendy's or anywhere really and I'm a chef. Be prepared to wait they must hire stoned employees because it's all we see there. Last week a guy was so messed up we waited 25min for 2 combos he couldn't use order Telecom we even pulled up an still took 15 min just to explain a simple order. Need new manager and all new employees and to clean the place...yuck never dine in.
Stopped for a frosty. Didn't tell my husband about the $.50 frosty deal. We got the dollar frostys. Still tasted pretty good after being on the road for six hours. It was what we needed to finish up the last part of our journey.
The most wonderful young man was working at the drive thru on 10/18 around 2pm. He made our day with his courteous demeanor. Wish we all could be this way.
Seriously the best Wendy's experience ever. The people here are super friendly. My kids are pretty active and they were super nice and accommodating. Would definitely get food here again!
Took them a while to get my order squared away, but when they did, it was outstanding. I love being able to order items exactly the way that I want them and have them executed properly. Way to go 👏 Wendy's.
