Never busy, but still highly understaffed. They waitress we did have was very polite and very helpful. Food was mediocre and gave the indications of being freezer burnt. Ordered a 12 ouch steak and over half was completely fatty and inedible.
Everything was delicious! The soup could have been hotter, but it was cold in the restaurant.
We were so impressed with everything here. The food was delicious and service was great. This alone would have given them a 5 star review, but all of the staff went above and beyond for us. Our keys went missing and this staff helped us search everywhere, even outside for almost an hour. Thank you Applebees staff, you are amazing!

It was our first time coming here. Food was just as fantastic as the service!! I wished I remembered his name, but he truly impressed us by remembering all of our orders (group of 9). I would come again!
They were very busy when we first walked in with a sat us very fast within 15 minutes. Our waitress was extremely polite and even fixed my burned order of broccoli very quickly. they were very busy all night and still manage to give us quality service and quality food.
While they were understaffed, it wasn't horrible. It did take a little bit to get our drinks/food. One of the kids' meals(1 of 4) did come out with the appetizer we ordered. Which was frustrating as we then had 3 other kids that were upset about not having there food too. It seemed all of our meals came out in waves so someone was always waiting on food or waiting a long while for everyone else to finish eating. Also we didn't get one of the appetizers that we ordered until we were done with our main meals. The food was good though so that is a positive.
Waiter was absolutely amazing! They were under staffed. Our waiter was actually the cook but where they were under staffed he had to come serve us. He was very nice. The food was very good. Just overall amazing experience! Ended up giving the young man a good tip.
The manager of the establishment was pleasant and accommodating to our crowd for my husband and our son bday celebration. The waitress was nice but struggled to keep up with the orders and serve our food hot so by the time the food arrived for some of our attendees the food was cold and both appetizers and meal arrived together. I feel she tried her best to keep up and the other waitresses could have helped her.
It wasn't busy so the service was decent. Ordered the dollaritas, they had a great flavor and decent amount of alcohol. Also ordered $5 LIT it was like drinking lemonade with no alcohol. Pictured is the bourbon shrimp and chicken very delicious!!!
Nice experience. Food was well prepared. Waiter was good, except he needed to be more attentive on filing our water glasses. He turned it around after I asked for a refill. It's been awhile since being in a Applebee's, prices have really gone up.
