I stopped by here around 4pm with my little brother on a Tuesday afternoon to get some lunch. We went through the drive thru. My little brother got the 4 for $6 with the burger, chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. I got one kid the 2 piece tenders w/ fries and chocolate milk. The other for the cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate milk.
After ordering and paying, we had to pull up and wait. We received the food about 5-7 minutes later. I didn’t get anything for myself as I wasn’t hungry at the time. We went back to the hotel, which was less 5 minutes up the street.
Everyone said they enjoyed their food and that it was fresh. It was said that the sandwiches were small. No major complaints besides the small wait.
Hot ham and cheese sandwich is delicious. Had to wait for about 5 minutes for the 2 people to come out of the back to take our order. Lol must have been napping. First time that has happened.
Hardly a soul in the place. Sadly, the female employee and guy made my gal wait once she approached the counter. They had been chatting when we walked in and paid us no mind.
The order was correct and fresh once we were helped. It doesn't appear the employees have any sense of urgency. Customers are hard to come by. Plenty of options within stones throw of here.
Was passing through town on my way home from TX. Stayed in Pidgon Forge had breakfast here. The lady up front was unfriendly and miserable. When we got our order, it wasn't what we asked for. No problem, they made it for us and brought it to the table. Views are pretty. Tables were dirty but will say it was a weekend and a big turnover fast. Could hire a few extra ppl to clean up the dining area.
Food was delish. We had a ham sandwich and chicken strips. Place was clean, for 6 55 pm...friendly workers.
Rick the General Manager was very friendly made sure everything was perfect..bathroom was clean and very spacious 2 double stalls.
Love there food, the only thing that surprises me is that they have no outside trash cans. We always eat in the car because of our dogs but have to go on the inside to throw away our trash
My favorite local Hardee's. Gravy and biscuits for me and my Mom a lot. Always friendly morning crew!
It's a nice place to eat alone or with friends or the family I love #1 it's delicious and the people in the restaurant it's real nice

While dining inside, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service from the staff at this fast food restaurant.
A very friendly gentleman took our order. He was personable, with a sense of humor that made me laugh out loud.
I ordered coffee and he asked if I wanted creamer? I said yes. He asked how many did I want? I said four please and then held up four fingers to confirm (it was loud inside). He looked at me, as serious as could be and says, okay, so you want 44? Well, Sir, that's a lot of creamer for one cup of coffee, but I'll get it for ya... you wait right there! I laughed so hard the entire restaurant looked at me funny.
Later this same fella walked the crowded restaurant, table to table, to briefly enquire as to how each table was doing, before returning to his work station. It's something you just don't see in the fast food industry. A nice touch in my opinion.
Another employee was actively sanitizing tables and cleaning up the floor as soon as people got up to leave. She too was also interacting with the customers, engaged in back and forth banter with some (what appeared to be some elder local folks). The restaurant was very clean for as busy as it was.
Oh, yes I almost forgot. Our food order was correct and our the food quality was good... and hot, too!
And, I just want to mention something else I noticed as we were visiting the area from Michigan... Throughout our travels down and back ... everywhere we stopped along the way, there was a common theme... HIRING signs on almost every establishment from restaurants, gas stations, hotels, grocery stores, retail stores, etc... Lots of work available out there it seems. And this place was no exception. They had signs out too, and, it looks like it would be a fun place to work! The employees we encountered were making the best of it for sure!
