Tuesday 11/29/2016 I called to order 10 pies for the young adults that were at Sevierville Rescue Squad helping them pack and unpack trucks, vans, cars etc of water, Gatorade, food etc.. I asked the manager on duty if she could give me a discount because I was giving them to the volunteers. she said, I can do better than that - I was puzzled - she said they were free.. She donated them to the volunteers that were working so hard helping get these product out to the firefighters and for the victims that are homeless due to evacuation of their homes.. I stood there crying and told her thank you soooo much.. I went out and bought more stuff for their donated pile with the money I saved <3 Whe I got to the Rescue Squad and gave them the pies and told them what happend, they in turn had such a wonderful smile and blessed me and my husband wih lots of thank you's.. I in-turn made sure they knew who donated them.. THANK YOU AGAIN... You all are a blessing... May God keep blessing you all!!! Diane and Steven Schettini (Sevierville, Tn)

what a refreshing breath of air. Went there for lunch . Everything was great and expedited pizza quickly. There was an issue with system and Heather noted that I may be charged more than once. I was , but I don't care because Heather was so pleasant to deal with and quick with fixing the issue that it was no big deal. It so nice to have management that is punctual like Heather and does what they say they will do. Because that situation could have easily ended up in a stressful nightmare. If I still had a business I would steal her for sure. Marty was very nice and pleasant as well. Thanks Guys!

The whole staff was emencly busy but everyone was grooving and working and happy! The best experience ive ever had! It prompted me to ask for an application and im currently mking 2$ more an hr but theur work environment and staff are amazing! Keep it up Heather and Elisha! You girls are AMAZING as always!
Ordered through the portal. Pizza was perfect even though it was 9:30pm. Super excited this location has the stuffed crazy bread! Very impressed (I eat at Little Caesars in alot of locations and quality varies widely). Not a morsel was left when we got done with it. Very happy customers.
Other than it's $5 pizza saying $5 no more and I had to wait for like, 25 minutes because they said they didn't have none. And there was only 2 people there waiting for their pizza as well.

Food is good if cooked fresh, but the pizza is usually over cooked and the pizza dough is uneven. The employees are rude half the time, which is un called for when you are there to get food and they are there working to get that for you! Makes no sense
Love Little Caesars. There staff has always been wonderful to me and my family. We been going here for 5 yrs. Calzones pizza is GREAT. Hope this stays on the menu.

This was my first online ordering experience with Little Ceasars. I'm visiting from Detroit area and was not able to pick up my order. I order a bunch of Pizza for two families and overlooked the option to add Butter and Parm to each of my pizzas. I called this location and without fail the manager on duty on 2/18 at 720pm accommodated my change request to add this as a courtesy. I do apologize for my oversight but her service was surely appreciated. Give this woman. A raise!!! Two thumbs all the way up!
