I don't like it a lot of these places and making use the kiosk won't even allow a person to take care of you.
We ate here several times while on vacation. The food was good and everyone’s order was correct with each visit.
Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
We were happy to see the dining room opened, as the other locations were drivethru only.
How did the Taco Bell in Sevierville Tennessee on Winford Dunn Parkway stand out and make an impression on me? Taco Bell is a comfort restaurant for me as I have been eating Taco Bell several times a month for over 50 years. Obviously, I have never had a bad experience at a Taco Bell. I am a drive-thru customer, and obviously, I eat at other restaurants and use drive-thrus on a daily basis. It is not usually a pleasant interaction. Most of us would agree. I am a calm, soft-spoken person who listens, and I'm easy to talk to. Every time I have visited this Taco Bell in sevierville, when I get to the drive-thru speaker, I am greeted with a calm, soft-spoken voice. I have only visited this Taco Bell drive-thru five or six times, but absolutely every time, no matter who is working, I am greeted with a calm, soft-spoken voice. I mentioned it to them three times already because it really stands out that this staff must like working at this Taco Bell.
They made my order correctly and were very nice. They also had really cute little taco-shaped dog treats for my pup.
Great place for my family to eat. We stop there every day on our way home from school. My oldest granddaughter gets door dash to bring her taco bell to the country to her house 😂
The best Doritos Locos I've probably ever had they actually wasn't soggy and for crunchy all the way to the last one thank you

We stopped in to get a bite to eat as we were heading home to Ohio from Gatlinburg TN. I love the bean burrito with extra red sauce on it and on the side. With extra cheese. It t was the best bean burrito I have ever had from taco bell!! You know when you order extras a lot of time I don't think they even put it on but this one was packed with red sauce and the cheese. It was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the guy who waited on us was very nice!!
Great service here. Came here for some breakfast before a trip back home and the crew there was very friendly. The food was excellent and tasted very good.
Their order was week out together and worth coding this location. Until they focus on the value of their food and the presentation and accurately put together. Customer's truly appreciate that!
