Just picked up our pizzas from Domino's in Sevierville Tn and it was awesome.
Came in after work and modified the spinach pizza from the menu. The guy (didn’t catch his name) working behind the counter was super nice and cooked me EXACTLY what I asked for!! Delicious pizza and great service 10/10
I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. I arrived earlier than anticipated & went ahead & paid for my pizzas. The Dominos team immediately started preparing my order long before the time I wanted to pick up since I was ahead of schedule. Customer service was outstanding at this store & I got 2 hot delicious pizzas just the way I wanted! I will definitely be back & will gladly tell others about my stellar experience!!

We had a farewell party for a co worker a few days ago. There were a couple employees wanting a different companies pizza but Dominos was the choice for this party. Some were not thrilled but again the goodbye was more important than the pizza at this point.
Some employees told them it’s much better than it has been in several years. Don’t worry it will be good. They said ok with zero enthusiasm and belief in the good pizza idea.
Well moral of the story, the pizza we ordered were Pepperoni, Supreme and a Philly Steak pizza. The co workers who were not wanting Dominos said, “they not only really liked the pizza but would order it again.” We ordered large pizzas and all of it was gone!
So our pizza party was a success because of Domino’s and we will have to have more things to have parties for just so we can order more Dominos Pizza.
There is a difference in the locations and it is ran by new management which I think has been the main reason for the turn around in quality of pizza and service was great too.
We heard the local Domino's is under new ownership and decided to give them a try. So glad we did. On Memorial Day weekend we ordered more than 25 pizzas to serve to our hardworking team. We placed the order online and immediately received a call from the manager to be sure they delivered exactly what we needed when we needed it. The pizzas arrived on time, fresh, hot and delicious. Our team especially loved all of the different crusts and flavor/topping options. Some of them now have a new favorites like the chicken alfredo and Philly cheese steak options. Thanks for helping us to create such a tasty treat for our team!
Amazing team working tonight, my 2 year old son received the royal treatment with dough tossing expertise by employees! Great food, reasonable prices, thank you again

That girl was workin by herself and she made the 2 best pizzas ive ever had at dominoes. She disurves a raise i want buy again unless shes workin ....
I love their pizza and they are always so nice when we go in to pick up our pizza.
Customer service, customer service customer service. Kiddos to store manager Phil. Last week we had an issue contacting the store closest to us. I assumed the store was closed, and contacted Sevierville, since they were the closest to our location. He assured me they were open, then took his time to order for us through some company portal. He then called back to confirm the order was accepted, and again to let us know the order was on the way. That type of customer service is rear these days my PS the pizza was hot and delicious.
Order our dinner from here and it was really good. We had it delivered and it was here in no time. Would recommend trying it.
Pleasantly surprised. It been many years since I have been to Domino's Pizza and we decided to give it another go. Tge service was top notch. The cashier who took our order was very friendly and the staff behind the counter went out of their way to try and communicate with a Spanish speaking gentleman. Now to sit and try their pizza after 12 years.
I ask what a large pepperoni pizza would cost. $14 and some change. Thinking over priced I then ask if they have a special she said yes you can get a large 3 topping for $7.99 make sure and check specials before ordering. Nice clean business. Pizza is also good.
The best cheese bread I have ever eaten! And my husband tried the pepperoni cheeseburger and we both loved dinner 😊
