The service and quality at this subway has improved drastically in recent months. Rose is always friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in being neat and I have also noticed her taking extra time to train new staff members. Until the recent changes I have been skeptical about visiting this location. Now I seek it out.
The service has certainly improved and Nikki was great conversation and very attentive. She made a darn good sandwich and I enjoyed every bite. I will return again in betwixt my travels of Knoxville and Sevierville
I eat here 3-4 times weekly and always receive great customer service along with a good quality meal.
I order lunch here online at least once a week! The staff is great about having it ready when I get there. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
There was only one older lady working and a huge line of people and she never appeared annoyed or upset. Was extremely conscientious and polite to everyone!
