Picked up a bagel bundle yesterday and asked if they could toast one for me to eat on the run. They said no, not unless I buy another bagel separate from the bundle. Are you kidding me?!?! It’s not like I asked for 4/5 of the bundle to be toasted. Then I got home and ALL the bagels were in one bag.
Disappointing. Visited this location twice. First time half were overcooked, this time half seem misshapen and like they did not rise properly. As someone who bakes, tastes like salt was left out.
Another stop, never disappointed. We are from the Charleston, SC and unfortunately they closed the location there. Every time we travel to the Pittsburgh area, we stop here. Staff is always friendly, efficient, and the food is always delicious. We will be back again!
Food was great. Not too salty, lots of egg on my breakfast bagel. Coffee was what I thought a small should be. Breakfast was reasonably priced for what it was. The Staff here were polite and friendly. They were upbeat despite the early hour, and made sure I had everything I needed.
Good. Ordered a tosted bagel. It was fresh, crispy, and they gave me a ton of cream cheese.
Always helpful, friendly. You never wait to long to place your order.
Ordered on doordash, got my order but the bagel was burnt, tried to contact but no answer. Bad service!
