It was 1/2 price shake night, was busy.. but getting orders in/out in a timely manner for being so busy. The employees were friendly. The manager apologized for the delay.

First time ever eating there. Absolutely no complaints. It was the one place I wanted to go to while visiting family in Florida. I wish there was one in Maine.
