Waitress was excellent. The food was really good. The only thing I would change is little light on the bbq with shrimp and grits. My cocktail Elsa vacation spot on. The dessert wow Will be returning back. First time there

Three of us enjoyed our lunch at Nick and Jake's on a Wednesday afternoon after the lunch hour. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, without the bun, and added Swiss cheese and mushrooms. My side was french fries. It was delicious, very tender with great flavor. 😁 One of our guest ordered a reuben sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. They said it was extremely good and really enjoyed it.πŸ‘ Our third guest ordered the cheeseburger-cooked to medium doneness, with a side of french fries. Plenty juicy and flavorful. They thoroughly enjoyed their meal as well. We had excellent service and the restaurant was noticeably clean. We all had water to drink, so I can't comment on their drinks. I had not used the restroom, so I can't comment on its cleanliness, but I appreciated that each table had a pump type bottle of hand sanitizer to use before we ate. I would highly recommend this Nick and Jake's in Shawnee. A wonderful dining experience.

I went with about 10 people and we were there almost right as they opened for the day. Everyone was so nice and the waitress was so kind. Food was quick and delicious. I got the fried chicken salad with buttermilk ranch.
