Been to this place many times but NEVER has it been this bad, at first when ordering our food it came out at a perfect time and was very good. Then we went up and ordered ice cream, there was no line and hardly any cars in the drive through, we ordered 2 medium blizzards and a triple chocolate brown
Currently disappointed. I went in around 6:30 pm for a couple blizzards, there were 3 other people ahead of me, waiting for their food. I wait at least 15 minutes to order. But I didn't mind, since I know how hectic ice cream places can be on Saturday evenings in the summer. 6:50 rolls around, the 2
Went inside not much for staff but waited for small order awhile. Did the best that they could do with what they had. Food good if not in a hurry.
Very poor condition's! Lazy workers and very, very dirty! It took 35 min to get our food and it was not busy. I will never go back. I would rate it a zero star but I can't so I give it a 1.
I waited a half hour for my take out. My 2 burgers where done and sitting under warmer for 15 minutes while I waited for my 2 sundaes.
Heres my laughable order of onion rings after they almost didnt let me turn down fries in my order and pay for a whole meal plus the onion rings because they 'arent allowed to substitute onion rings for fries.' I know it was a whole 1/2 hour to close...but come on!!! I've been to this establishment
I know I do not have a driver's license but the fact that I can still order food via drive through is a big plus for me. Also the people there are extremely kind hearted and willing to go the extra mile makes the experience that make better.
can't blame problems on lack of labor. it starts at the top, where you train your employees to be professional, courteous, and customer-oriented. it's evident that you don't do this with the little labor you do have. No discipline and chaos ensues. this is a recipe for business disaster. leadership
