I placed an online order with the intention of walking in to pick up the order, but had to go through the drive-thru as the lobby wasn't open. Although I understand staffing issues, it would be nice to at least have enough access to a portion of the lobby for pick up. The order was fresh and correct

This KFC I generally go to at lunchtime, so the foods is hot and most of the time pretty good. Once in awhile they forget to give you napkins at the drive thru which is puzzling to me when you're eating chicken that's going to have grease on it.
