Ordered Saturday online. 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made incorrect and I don't like how my sandwich made my stomach feel. I really dislike not leaving a 5 star review bc y'all were my favorite when you tried but I really really dislike spending this much time in the bathroom. Please get better soon,

Food is usually good but service could be better. There were literally 5-6 people behind the counter joking around and one guy finally mumbled to me and said "do you know what you want?" Lately they act annoyed when customers come in. I frequent this place a lot but will probably rethink that.

I ordered a BLT and they forgot the bacon. I was the only person there so "busy" wasn't an excuse. When I went to the counter with my sub, the girl just picked up a couple of cold pieces of bacon and handed them to me. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I'm usually satisfied with Jimmy Johns delivery service but today was awful. I didn't get my lunch until an hour and a half later. I was at work and wasn't able to eat after it arrived. But then when I called the store the girl answering the phone was disrespectful!

I order a regular sub and received a sandwich. Told the sandwich maker the order was wrong and her reply was that I would have to buy another sub to correct the problem. So I paid money for this location to fix me whatever they want and not what I actually ordered. Will not be returning to location.
