Very nice last night for cocktail hour. This morning for breakfast there was a nice selection of fruits and proteins even almond milk and gluten free bread and muffin. Staff is very nice and helpful. Place is super clean and right on the water so nice view. Cozy place with a fireplace and plenty of seating. We are here for a wedding and it could not be nicer.

Growing up my family has been quite the foodies , the experience . So I feel compelled to share when I love something . I love around the lake and frequent often and always go back to my favorite staple , the salmon . I just love it . The staff is always friendly , welcoming , as management. But not only is the staff welcoming and friendly and give great service . The owners of Bay Pointe are phenomenal , I notice them always thanking their customers for coming in , for supporting them , they enjoy and engage in conversations with all staff , customers , as well musicians in such a graceful way . Taylor their GM is always smiling and she’s great conversation , but you see her always working and how lived she is by her staff , the bartenders are great and make incredible cocktails . And Ben he is always smiling and so thankful to each and every customer . What a statement that customers know owners , upper management , and servers and bartenders . That’s something special . But I felt compelled to write this review because as I ordered take out this evening after dining in dozens and dozens of times . The young lady I spoke with on the phone , had the best customer service , raving customer service !! As someone who has worked in the industry a long time I am well aware the person they meet first and the interaction from the get go whether in person or over the phone Carries a lot of weight as to how the evening could go and people perceive things . And this darling gal knocked it out of the park , I believe her name is Kaliana .

Burger and sweet potato fries were great. Atmosphere and service were top notch. The head chef was not there, which may have something to do with my next statement. Tenderloin tip pasta was flavorless and dry. Had to ask for more sauce to make it palatable. It shouldn't be on the menu if that was how it always is, so maybe I just got a bad making of it. Overall, I would go again if in the area and probably would take another couple of trips through the years if I was a little closer than I live to the area for something else. I did not bring my dislike of that particular dish to the attention of anyone while I was there.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!! I was having an issue with my car and one of the ladies assisted me by climbing into the back and getting one of the doors open for me!! She was just coming in around 4:15 and I flagged her and she came right over to assist!! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name

I was very impressed with the staff and management at Bay Pointe. It was here that I asked my fiancée to marry me last weekend. Management got us a table on the patio. I called the day before to ask about where to propose and the staff was very helpful. Izzy and Hannah were great with suggestions of where and when to propose and even took pictures and a video for us. It was a magical moment by the coy pond with a light drizzle happening at the same time. I would definitely recommend this spot as very romantic. The management even sent out champagne and chocolate strawberries with the word "Congrats" written in chocolate drizzle on the plate, which was a very sweet touch. We were impressed and very thankful for all the help in making this a special moment for us. A huge thank you to Izzy, Hannah and the Management for going above and beyond.

One of our favorite places. High-end feel, friendly staff, and a menu that will not disappoint. The bar is very diverse with cost effective to high-end options. We are always made to feel welcomed here. I suggest you find this little gem!

Terrace Grill is our favorite spot to go for happy hour! We have visited several times this summer. the view and the food is great. The staff makes you glad you came for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries also.

Great food, service... And that view! August, 2019: Oh... My... OH. MY! "Patti's Perfect Pear" from Bay Pointe Inn/Terrace Grille! What an amazing martini! From the moment your nose picks up the smell of freshly sliced pears, to when your palette registers the Elder Flower liqueur finish... My Gosh - this is one incredible drink! Me, personally? I'm taken back to my grandparent's home where the pears were fresh off the tree - just outside the kitchen window...
