We stopped here on a road trip (about 1:30pm 5/30/22) and our food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. While waiting on our food, we witnessed a man come in and ask to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely kind and professional as this ridiculous man proceeded to complain about his wrong order. I guess they had given him the wrong bag, so again, very kindly, the manager refunded his order AND they remade his food. This man said that a refund and free meal weren’t enough to make it right since he drove 12 miles there and back. Okay, we get it, but also - did you bother to look in your bag before driving home? We’re with you on this one, Shelbyville Taco Bell.
I love my local Taco Bell. The team members are professional, efficient, and courteous. It is always a positive experience and the food is quality for fast food.
I just have to compliment the young man, Luther at the window. It is so rare to come across mannerly workers these days-especially in the fast food industry unless you go to Chick-fil-A. He called me ma’am every time he addressed me and thanked me for my business. We need more people like him and he deserves a raise!
