My husband and I stopped there for lunch today as we were passing thru. There was a small problem with my sandwich. I mentioned the problem to an employee in the dining room and she went straight to the manager about it. He came to our table and was so polite! He replaced my meal with anything I wanted on the menu, without me even asking. He also refunded my money and gave my husband a frosty lol.

We love this Wendy's !! Such a great atmosphere to be in !! I got the Apple pecan salad, I asked them to leave the pecans off and they did ....these salads are to die for and the pomegranate vinigaret is so good !! Of course I had to ruin my perfect "diet supper" with a helping of those 'baconader fries !! And that 50¢ vanilla frosty didn't help ....but �can't win them all !! Great job !!
The young man that waited on us was very nice and funny. The service was fast and the restaurant was very clean.
5 orders got them all right food hot and tasty. A BIG THANKS TO THE EMPLOYEES found my wife's wallet and kept it safe till we got it back 😀
I never have a problem here. Usually drive thru or carry out/doordash. I have not spent much time inside the dining room recently. 🇺🇸
