They don't pay a living wage here so they close at 7pm. Our order was completely wrong but they were closed so we couldn't get it fixed.
The owners get the type of employees they are willing to pay for. So you can expect terribly cheap service.

This place is a train wreck! Placed online order, was not ready at noted time. They don't start making online or mobile orders until all orders are cleared first and you arrive. Was not able to get order due to several previous orders being wrong. They have to spend more time fixing what they messed

SOMEONE NEEDS TO EVALUATE THE EMPLOYEES AT THE SHELBYVILLE LOCATION. THEY ARE ONLY ABLE TO TAKE ONE ORDER AT A TIME. I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T HAVE TWO SIDES WITH MY 4 PIECE DINNER. THE CHICKEN LOOKS LIKE PIGEON SIZE. I GET HOME AND MY ORDER STILL ISN'T RIGHT.
Exactly what we expected. It was nice to be able to once again eat in their dining room, which btw was very clean and sanitary.
They over cook the chicken and give you the wrong food.

And manager was very helping , very polite, but there wasn't many people there but, in all all she was there good, I haven't met too many for white people in Shelbyville myself sorry not trying to be negative, just think people should treat other people the way they want to be treated!!!! Let's try
