Oh boy, the best Vietnamese food yet! Best pho, broth is delicious and the meat is tender and not fatty. We were able to sample meat balls made of pork and with a savory gravy, also stew with a dark rich gravy which according to the owner will be served for lunch and breakfast. I just have to mention the spring rolls and how fresh they are. The restaurant is spotless and the staff are just wonderful to the customers. I live in Cleveland and don't mind the drive. It's worth it to have such good food and excellent service. I am so glad we found EAD. I was there four times already and can't wait to go again....

This place is hard to find, hidden behind construction fences in the same parking lot with Sam Moon. Certainly worth the hunt. Has all the usual Vietnamese favorites along with some dishes I’ve not seen elsewhere. The Fry Shrimp appetizer is amazing and truly different with shrimp wrapped in rice blossoms and deep fried. The Crush Shrimp Wrap was a good order too. The place is well lit and appointed with a modern, spacious feel. The service was friendly but not over bearing making for a very pleasant experience.
