Just seems to be a hit or miss with much at the Sheerwood location. I order the same thing every time I go. I am able to really compare the inconsistencies. Me and my husband come alll the time. We’ve had several different servers and they’re all great. Ragen is a very good bartender. The food is always good and comes out in a timely manner.

My experience with Jess B was AMAZING. She assisted me and other guests with a smile on her face . My order was incorrect and Jess corrected my order with the cooks very quickly. I would love to have Jess B as a server again

Great atmosphere, even with a limited staff they were all very attentive to the customers. We had a new server "Annie" she was phenomenal!! Very well taught and was a great server. Kudos to whomever hired that person. Food was great, and the beer was cold. Will definitely be going back.

The service here takes way too long, you'll get seated quickly they will take your order quickly but it will take them a solid 45 minutes just to get your chicken wings out. Jessica B was amazing yesterday, after no one wanted to wait on us since workers were too busy talking to their friends at table and host stand that came in right after us. Jess came from back and saw us looking around, greeting us, took our while order, and did a wonderful job. Drinks stayed full.

Wish I could give them half a star. Food was over half an hour late, food was wrong, then a waitress who had nothing to do with our order gave us rude attitude. I went today with my husband and my father. We always used to see Jamie as the bartender and today we had Erica. She's has a really positive and upbeat personality! Unfortunately she didn't write our order down as she took it and got it wrong when I ordered all flats. 7 out of the 10 wings I got wer
