Where is the rest of of the sandwich??? Doesn't this come with the fried pickles? It doesn't matter because this so called chicken is tougher than shoe leather and is not edible...well the dog seemed to enjoy it. All of this for a 35 minute wait of pure disappointment.

We ordered a small soda and there was a used paper towel in the bottom of our cup. It wasn’t just a little peace it filled most of the bottom of the cup! This is absolutely disgusting! This location always messes up orders but this is the last straw I’m never coming here again!

The Wendy's night shift in Shippensburg seemingly cannot take orders correctly nor give you the correct items you asked. Frankly like most people, I don't like to recieve less food and not the correct food. Unless you wanna get screwed over I recommend not going.
Everytime I go through the drive-thru it takes excessively long. They take 1 order at a time and wait until they give that order their food to even take the next order. I've worked fast food you should keep taking orders as you go, keep the line moving. Tried to go inside today and we stood for 5 mi
Absolutely horrible service. Took well over 30 minutes to get are food. When we did get it everything was cold. To top it off one of the burgers had a hair in it. When it was brought to the managers attention she tried to argue with me about it.
