Review Mcdonald's - Shippensburg

I ordered an ice cream cone at 7:46 PM they told me to pull into parking space one it is now 811 and I still did not get my ice cream I just left I will not be going back to McDonald’s in Shippensburg they just lost my business there’s no reason for this kind of stuff absolutely none poor customer service it’s awful you can tell for certain that the customer doesn’t come first not sure what does come first but you can tell it’s not the customer. You have extremely poor management and poor staff

I love their French fries. I get the hamburger kids meal extra fries n med coke n a burger for my dogs n they always make a big deal over the dogs n it makes my day. But on 3/25/22 I lost my male dog

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and was asked to pull to the pick up 2 spot I said no so the manager comes out and says if you don't pull into spot two Ill just give you your money back and you can have a nice day. When I refused again she brings the bag of food right away. Thought you all were waiting on nuggets. Worse place in Shippensburg hands down.

We went through the drive through and waited a few minutes before we could order. On the side menu they advertise buy a quarter pounder and get 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1. This is what we ordered compared to what we got: Quarter pounder plain with just cheese : quarter pounder plain no cheese (it even states quarter pounder with cheese plain on the slip taped to the quarter pounder box) 10 piece nuggets for $1 : correct Quarter pounder with cheese: correct 10 piece nuggets for $1 : charged us $5.29? (I'm not sure the exact change but we were charged regular price) Happy meal cheeseburger 🍔 plain: hamburger plain Now, if it's a rule that you can't purchase 2 deals in the same order the girl who took our order should have told us that. We specifically asked for the quarter pounders and the chicken nuggets for $1 each time.

I went for the bagels because I love them. I was highly disappointed because my bagel was like chewing on rubber which means it got microwaved 🤮 Hopefully I will be able to change my rating when I try again another time

Ordered 20.00 in food, got parked, waiting 40 minutes they brought out the wrong food my dog crammed her head in the happy meal box and got some fries before I realized it was wrong but it is fine the gut took it back walked to the next car and gave it to them. Never got our our food at left. They stole 20.00.

Avoid this place . The order taker had no interest in helping us lower our cost by letting us know meal options etc and just slammed in all items individually to max out our cost and their revenue. Her take was your figure out what you want and I’ll just punch it in .

This is by far the best McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. Constantly good food, milkshake machine always working etc.
