Review Burger King - Shippensburg

I went with my family one day and they were closed early even though they don't close til 10, the lady says we're closed bye. I felt that was very rude and if your closing times changed then change them. It was 8:55 almost 9, I wasted gas driving there and I live like 25 minutes from it and it's the closest one to me.

I apologize for my initial negative review. I can’t find the button to delete it, only edit it. My concern was due to learning that a friend was called out of quarantine early to work while being short-staffed, jeopardizing the health of their coworkers & customers, but I have since learned that I was misinformed about that friend’s current place of employment.

I got very good food for a great price.

Staff could be more friendlier. Food is a hit and miss there. One time good, next time horrible. Leave there burgers on too long. The edge of the burgers are burned. Hard. Buns are stale sometimes. And idk what's going on with the burger king's I've been too, but they are getting cheap with the ketchup 🤣🤣. Practically none at all. Just not the burger king in my top 5. They close at 7:30 p.m. everyday.

Worst Burger King anywhere. They charge for a cup of water. I travel for business and patronize Burger King's all over, and have never been charged for water. Today I went there and used an offer code at the drive-thru and when I got to the window they demanded that I show them the offer on my phone and when I couldn't they wouldn't honor it. I couldn't because you have to close the offer to open the code to have them scan to earn points. I Explained that and they still refused to serve me. So I left. They also kept my credit card and when I went back later I didn't think they were going to give it to me, after I showed them my ID, they did, but we're so rude.

Happy to see Burger King open for dine-in lunch in Shippensburg. Visit there at least 2x/mth. Service was quick and efficient; and food was hot. The restaurant was clean.

Hit and miss... not normally busy, but you wait for your food every time. I've had issues with the food a few times like my whopper not coming with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions or the nuggets being hard

Too lazy to make a chking sandwich and instead say they don’t have it
