My husband bought me a bear apple, and it was extremely hard. I couldn't even eat it, when i called to let them know i was not offered a fresh one, nothing! They didn't even put me through the manager.

Very excited to try all the goodies since I love their Ice cream. A little pricey but that’s not the point. Sooo disappointed that I didn’t get to try them or my ice cream because the staff was too busy in the back to take care of my order.
