Food is below average. Could tell my bread was close to developing mold. The staff members seem to hate their job. The tables are disgusting. Why would such an upper class mall like Short Hills allow this?

Expensive Panera is a better value. They charge extra dollar for bread. Checkout girl was a little rude. Utensils were all over the place. Eating area was not clean. This is Short Hills Mall?

Everything I go here I just get the soup. BUT the soup is great! Can be a quick bite if there is no line. They have some variety but not the most gluten free options.

Sandwiches are tiny and overpriced. The people who work here don't care. Half the time I come here I have to go in the back and tell someone to come out because no one is working the registers. I really really really hope that they turn this place into a panera now that panera owns them again.

Staff was quick and to the point. Didn't care if you were carrying more than you could hold for yourself and 2 children. They wanted you in and out. At the second time they were berating me to hurry to the counter 3 kids took what they could from the cold, I guess open area.

Food is very good, however I've been there twice and the restaurant is not kept clean... Worse than that is the service... It's just bare bones and terrible. No sense of wanting the guest to leave happy....
