Have never had a problem with Logan's on Youree Drive in Shreveport. Service is always top flight. Ellen had the Sirloin with Baked Potato & Salad. Her steak was cooked to perfection! I had Chopped Sirloin with Baked Potato & Salad with no lettuce! I know that sounds crazy but I don't do well with lettuce. Bowl was loaded with tomatoes, cheese & croutons! Ordered some to their House Made Potato Chips to go. Waiter put more than normal serving in my box. They are amazing! Try them, if you've never had them. Another great meal with Great service! Also, love throwing peanut shells on the floor! Like being a kid again! Always give Logan's, in Shreveport, a 5 out of 5!
Our waitress was great, my steak not so much...wanted medium rare...it was way under cooked, still very bloody and cool in the center. Sent it back and by the time it got back to me my husband was done with his meal and the steak was the same as it was when i sent it back. I wanted loaded mashed potatoes, I got baked potatoes. I boxed the steak up and my fur babies enjoyed it later
husband wanted bake potato with bacon bits and butter only... It came with sour cream added, which he doesn't like.
Manager gave us a free steak meal on our next visit
I love this restaurant. Everything was fresh, hot and the service was awesome. Our waiter was the best. I recommend this restaurant to everybody.
My daughter had her Sweet 16 bday dinner here. We had called earlier and they prepared area for us. Jennifer was our waitress and she was outstanding! Food, service and prices were great. They even came and did a bday cheer! Great place to enjoy family, friends and good food!

The service and food were great! Our server was very nice and accommodated us to be comfortable with my granddaughter's carrier on a high chair and moving our table so we weren't so close to a big party!
Great waiter named Antonio. Zucchini fries were awesome! Grilled shrimp & steak were so good! A wonderful evening with our grandson.
Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I did my sister's 50th Birthday there on Wednesday September 20, 2017. Our waiter's name was Doc. He sang "Happy Birthday" to my sister! The food and Doc's service was great. The bread was fresh. The sweet tea was a little too sweet. I won't complain about that because everything else was fantastic. We had a really great time. Thanks!!
We went back to try it again, after months, it was excellent. Manager was nice all the staff members were happy. Such a great experience. And the food was prefect. Yay. We are back now.
We came here for the first time this weekend. I was very impressed. Waitstaff was friendly and efficient, we were seated promptly, and drinks and food were served promptly. The food was very good.
If I had any complaint at all, it would be I wish there was an option for larger cuts of sirloin-an 8 oz would have been perfect. I wasn't fond of the seating, so close together... but I will definitely be back. Far more friendly and efficient than another steak place we have gone to.
Service was AWESOME, Thank you Ariel!!!! Appetizer and sides were fantastic. But my steak was not cooked right twice. But can't complain to much, flavor was good, just not right temp. Gave me a discount, which I was not expecting, I was very thankful and will definitely return.
Very nice restaurant and excellent wait staff. Our waiter did great job of taking care of us even though he had several tables. Tried the buttermilk fried chicken and it was crispy and tasty. Hot bread brought to table was fantastic.
I enjoyed the Buttermilk Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and greenbeans. You are aloud 2 sides with this dish. My grands had hamburger slider and ribs. They had cinnamon apples. They enjoyed their meal. My daughter enjoyed a deluxe hamburger with waffle fries. Nice atmosphere and good service.
