This restaurant is filthy and disorganized. I ordered a medium cooked steak and got rare. So they took it back to the kitchen 20 minutes later and then cooked it too well done. I understand short staffing issues but this place needs to shut down and have some training prior to opening.
ASK FOR RICO when you visit this Applebee's. He is amazing!!! Everything was great. We didn't have to ask for refills. He provided plenty of napkins, utensils, condiments. The food was hot. Simple amazing. Ask for Rico, he won't disappoint you.
Horrible customer service. Waited at the bar, standing up for service while 3 servers walked past me. My boyfriend and I went in and sat at the bar ready to order appetizers and happy hour drinks... we sat there 10 minutes before the bartender came over to us... just to wipe down the dirty bar off in front of us. Then she walked off and never came back. We sat there another 10 minutes and just go
We waited 10 minutes for a hostess. Never was greeted or seated.Lots of available seating, and they saw us waiting. This store has been one of our go-to restaurants, but no more. The manager should be ashamed. Thankfully there is a McAlisters nearby
A waitress sat us, but after that we had to get our own menu's. We sat in the bar no one would wait on us no one asked us about drinks or anything else. The bar tender only had one person sitting in the bar. We got up and left. We will never return to Applebee's.
The waitstaff was slow. Food was ok but not what I was expecting . She brought my sister the wrong drink and it took another 10 minutes or so for her to bring the right one . Over all poor rating.
