The lady was rude, made a snotty comment about "I'm waiting on YOU!" after we took a moment to look over the menu (it was our first time there) then rushed us through our order and interrupted us as we were talking. The staff is amazing! I think there names were Cindy and Terri, they provided the most incredible experience I've had at TCBY. They were both patient with my children in taking longer than expected to figure out what they wanted, and never limited my kids to how many different flavors they could try

Paid almost $5 for a brownie that was very small. You can get the same thing at chic fil a for 99 cents. Overpriced, but the employees are always very friendly.

We visited this location and it was worth the 30 minute drive. My kids wanted some ice cream 🍨 and this was the first place that popped up for them. I was so pleased with the customer service. The doors weren’t open but their smiles and customer service was extremely delightful. Thank you.
