I’m rating the food a 3, just because it was decent but the guac was bad unfortunately I don’t live down the street and can’t drive there since I’m 40 minutes away. The tortilla chips tasted rancid but hey nothing I Can do about it and I can’t drive back also paid cash and didn’t ask for recipe but
It was our first visit to a BWW location and we were not disappointed. All the food we had was cooked to order, and arrived hot and quickly. Came out for a drink and food after a hard day of respectable blue collar work, upon arrival I was told it would be an hour plus wait to receive food. So I then sit at the bar order a vodka lemonade and there was no vodka in it. Honestly this place has declined faster than Joe Biden’s mental state.
Ordered online with website saying order would be ready at 810 pm arrived at 749 pm order was ready. I usually don’t check my food thank goodness I did. 10 pieces wing was only 7 wings with no sauce. Fries were ice cold. Dirty tots were cold. The two cashiers just stood there looking at me for a few
This place is ridiculous!!!! I placed a pick up order 3 hours in advance so I could make it home in time to feed my son. I waited over an hour after the original pick up time. What is the point! This is probably the worst run place I’ve ever been to. Limit the menu if you don’t have cooks. Let peop
Good enough is all I can really say. It’s not the best, nor the worst. When this place first opened it was decent. Since then it just seems like another place to go and get chicken. There’s plenty of places in the Shrewsbury/Worcester area to grab sauced wings, both boneless and bone in, so truthful
Service was really really good, however the wings , the place is called Buffalo Wild Wings so you would think the wings a good? Easy on the batter for those boneless wings! They were super hard and the fries hard as well , I would give 5 stars for service but unfortunately we came here for good wing
Went tonight to watch a hockey game. Bartender was running around, no one else was. Waited for everything, finally got cold fries and cool wings. No matter how many times we try this place it disappoints in service. Not sure how it made it through Covid. Would not be surprised if it shuts down soon.
