It's good. Nice, simple, classic Italian dishes. Great meatball sliders and bruschetta.

Food OK...Service was bad. Ate there back in the Summer. The food was tasty, however, the service lacked a lot to be desired.

Good italian is simple enough to find but Olazzo consistantly does it better. The service and atmosphere here are welcoming but not so stiff and monotonous as your average major chain- its a nice place, but its a fun place. That said, the food here is ridiculously good. I can't get enough of their pastas, though that's not to say you won't be full. You will be. Chicken Cardinale is superb if you need a suggestion but you really can't miss. If you manage to save room for dessert, the Tiramisu is blissful. Absolutely worth a trip.

Great Italian Restaurant. First visit was with friends on a busy Saturday night; we only waited 15 minutes for a table. Staff were very friendly, our waitress was excellent. The food was all very fresh and tasty (great salad, great bread, excellent sauce), with a good wine selection that was very well priced (without their even better weekday wine specials). I look forward to returning.

Cozy!. What a wonderfully cozy restaurant. Wonderful for a ladies night or a romantic dinner. The food was simple but delicious. I ordered the ravioli rose - ricotta filled ravioli with a tomato-cream sauce. All entrees come with green salad and basket of bread for the table. My meal was delicious and just the right amount of food - don't expect huge portions, expect normal portions!!!

Just Right. Found it by a simple search on the internet. Cozy, busy but prompt and friendly. The fare was fantastic. Full bar specializing in martinis. Excellent red sauce over pasta. No overwhelming herbs or spices. Very reasonable. We highly recommend.

Great Bread. I know, cheering the bread might seem like a back-handed complement, except so few restaurants in the DC area seem to care about the bread. It's what I noticed first. Ciabbatta. Delivered warm. Very nice.
The food here is serviceable, reasonably-priced, and properly proportioned. The Caprese, generous. The Sausage and Peppers over Linguini sweet, even if it could benefit from a tomato or two. The Linguini with white clam sauce, just fine.
You'll know immediately that you're not in Italy, but this is a nice restaurant, small enough to feel cozy. I'm not raving about this place, but I will probably return on another rainy Friday night, hoping to avoid the live music and hysterical giggling so common to way too many other restaurants in this town.

Good enough neighborhood Italian. Olazzo is a comfortable neighborhood Italian place. The food is dependably good yet doesn't reach any great heights. Pasta is done pretty well, but lacks zest. The marinara is okay but needs that herbal undertone that would make it sing. The wait staff is friendly and more than competent although they tend to suggest the higher priced entrees or wines rather than the best choices. Overall, a good, red-checkered table cloth place worthy of a repeat visit.

Great addition to downtown SS. I definitely recommend Olazzo. I have now been several times and have not been disappointed yet (although I didn't love the linguine alla vongole). Their food is good quality, the service is attentive, the prices are great and the portions are actually too big. They serve a big plate of food! And all the entrees come with a salad. Go check them out - but come with an appetite.

This place serves amazing Italian food. We did not make a reservation so we had to wait for some time to be seated. The seating area inside was decorated with a fall theme and cozy. Their garlic bread was freshly baked and perfectly crispy. The pasta with shrimp and pesto was a bit too oily and hence delicious!

Wow!!! I mean wow!!! This place is amazing. Yes I love Italian but this place is truly phenomenal. The food here is high quality. I enjoyed every bites and every second in this place. The atmosphere is great. You get two options where you want to seat. You can’t go wrong either. Seating in back is a bit quite, so it’s good for a date or with family members. The staffs are very friendly first thing you would notice when you walk in. Stop reading this review!!! Go and enjoy your time.

This Italian place is rustic and very nice. The bar and the front section are a bit noisy, but the back portion was very quite and cozy. The service was excellent. The chicken cardinale was very delicious. It was creamy and not too heavy with perfect taste and spice (highly recommend it). The spinach & garlic tortellini was also great. Tiramasu was soft and creamy. I had the second cocktail in the cocktail section, which I did not like at all. Overall the experience was great.

Olazzo is easily one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the area! I went for dinner last week because I love their Shrimp and Crab Rosé! It’s packed with shrimp and delicious crab, I order it all the time! It pairs well with Prosecco (my favorite drink, but it definitely goes nicely with this dish)! Great food and great staff; they do not disappoint!

You can dine in and take out. They do temperature check and social distancing. It was my first time here and it seems like it is a popular restaurant. We didn't wait too long to be seated 15 minutes or less. The food was good, I had pasta my favorite. Service and atmosphere was also great. Definitely recommend it

The risotto a la mare was delicious. They went out of the way to make sure my food was done with no dairy. The service was fantastic. They were very attentive to me and my friends.

Great service, amazing food, romantic atmosphere & reasonable prices. I’d gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The Gnocchi Duck Bolognese was quite tasty, as was the homemade ciabatta bread & salad served before the meal.

I was a bit surprised how fantastic the food was, good Italian can be hard to find in the DC area. I had Tortellini with spinach, mushrooms, dates, and sausage. It was absolutely delicious. The service was attentive. The place does get a little crowed on weekends, so I recommend getting a reservation. I will definitely be back for more, as this is easily one of the better pasta focused Italian restaurants I have been to in general.

Yummy Italian classics, back room is cozy. Good for a romantic night out. Been here three times and the best dish is the lasagna. It's full of gooey goodness.
