Mild Indian food - fit and easy to try for rookie food explore. Anyway, overall is still tastes good. The highlight is about service, very polite and professional. Price is a little bit more expensive than others because it makes from organic products. Location in downtown Silver Spring- no free parking spot near the restaurant - but there are a few meters parking around and garages are available.
Incredible authentic food! Where else can you get Indian and Ethiopian food in the same place? Here! Fantastic service and great prices. Definitely coming back.
What a feast! Indian and Ethiopian menu. Plenty vegan and vegetarian options. Great customer service. If you're around and like some spice in your life. Try it 😁
Wow I’m impressed! I actually was on my way to another restaurant and the owner came out and spoke to us and invited us in. The food smelled good so we sat down. I ordered the veggie combo and it was delicious! I can be picky about Ethiopian because I only really like one spot in MD but this really met my standard! Everything was traditional from the decor, the dishes they used and even the music. I was grateful for the outstanding customer service and would love to come back
Just happened to be in the area around lunchtime. Nice place, it was clean and the service was good and fast. The only downside was that we had to find street parking. Per staff, people do park in front of the restaurant without much issues.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch today. We happened across this place just walking around the neighborhood. We ordered a bread basket and our server kept bringing out different chutneys and dips for us to try. They were all so good, especially the mango. We got the lamb paneer and green kabobs. Plenty of food! Everything was delicious. We will be back.
This was my first experience having Ethiopian food and I was not dissapointed. The only thing I did not know was I ordered a double portion. I felt bad because I couldn't finish all of it. It was then explained to me that I had what they serve two people. Service was beyond excellent and the atmosphere has a family vibe.
Loved the food here! The service was amazing and the staff was so great with helping out with our food selections. Can’t wait to return and try even more of the amazing ethnic foods here!
Delicious food. Funny waitress. Cute 2-person tables outside. It took a very long time for our bill to come, which was the only negative. I would absolutely go again. Highly recommended!
The best Indian, Nepali restaurant in Silver Spring. Amazing Ethiopian veggie combo and Ethiopian menu the must to visit.
The Ethiopian and Indian menus are both outstanding, and the service is very friendly. The late night atmosphere is lovely and they burned an incredible flavor of incense when I was there the other night. Prices are very reasonable and 1000% recommend the Ethiopian beef tibs dish. It was so incredibly delicious. It was pretty late when I rolled in but they still served me. I potentially feel guilty about that since I never want to be an imposition (I wasn’t sure when the kitchen might close) but the food was phenomenal and affordable after I got hungry during a late movie at Regal. They are also super close to my building so very convenient if I want to get out of the house for a bite or drink.
My husband and 20 year old son dined here for the first time on Sunday. The food was sooooo good and the staff incredibly friendly. We tried both Ethiopian and Indian dishes and were so impressed. We will definitely be back! The picture I'm posting is mid-meal. I highly recommend the ochra on the Indian menu.
The flavors were bold, and each dish was prepared with utmost care. The restaurant truly captures the essence of Indian cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food enthusiasts looking for an unforgettable culinary journey.
