I had an excellent experience. In particular, I was impressed with a young lady named Myla-She was warm, sweet, welcoming, and meticulous. She was very engaging me and my order was perfectly executed. I will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience! Everything was fresh and clean. The server Myla was so pleasant and offered great customer service- very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door and served full cups of ice cream with fresh toppings! The other Coldstone staffers were very nice as well.🍨🍦🍧

The Shakes are very delicious, I love them. I recommend that you try different flavors.

Very neat ice cream shop in the center of downtown silver spring. A great night to ice skate and grab some ice cream after. The service and ice cream were great. We will definitely be back.

I have stood in many a line @ a Cold Stone Creamery, It is GOOD STUFF, so it's worth the wait, right? I have been to this particular store 2 times. both times it was late, both times there was a line...HOWEVER, this store has the fastest moving ColdStone Creamery line anywhere. The server/mixers are

This is the best little Coldstone! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I visited. I have to come back again to see if they're consistently amazing (and not at all just to treat myself to sweet, sweet ice cream goodness).

Service is usually pretty good here, can get crowded because of the location, but they do a decent job of keeping people moving. Cold Stone tends to have tasty flavors and good toppings.
