This place is typically consistent when a lot of Starbucks locations no longer are. The cashiers and baristas are typically upbeat and friendly (great to encounter early in the AM). there are moments they slip into inconsistency but as of late they've been on point and fast moving

One of my favorite Starbucks location. Place is always spotless. There is a lot of food traffic here with the metro 2 steps away. It's conveniently right by the metro, and I like this particular location for the fact that they have a cosy seating area, unlike many other Starbucks spots. These guys here have two floors. The first floor only fits a few bar stools and the cashier's desk but the upper floor, away from the entrance
Went here every morning one week when I was in Silver Spring for work - the staff were great and I've rarely seen a Starbucks that gets orders ready this quickly despite being busy! Also plenty of seating space upstairs. This is a case study in how a Starbucks should be run!
Like other reviews, the staff is really friendly. I was in a good mood one day for starting a new job with a better commute and told one of the staffers. A week later, they asked how it was going with the new commute.

I've lived in MD for about two years now and this is by far my favorite coffee shop to go to! The staff and store manager are always SO welcoming! Would highly recommend :)
Went to the one right outside the Silver Spring station today. For select holiday drinks they were giving out the festive reusable cups.
I got a toasted white chocolate mocha w/ peppermint... almond milk and blonde espresso. W/ a cute red grande cup and plastic lid.
