Mcdonald's - Silver Spring

This Cherry Hill Road McDonald's has no public wifi. Because my reception is poor, I stop beforehand at a nearby store to get my kiosk code before ordering.

Did their drive through once and had horrible experience of them messing up our mobile order. In store services seems to be better than before though.

Veronica is amazing. She is caring and greets the customers with a smile. She inputs my order correctly and the staff make sure it's correct!

Just what I've come to expect from McDonald's. There is one caveat though. This location has a smaller parking lot than most which leads to congestion.

The food is...McDonalds. The service was prompt and courteous but they put bacon in my burger that doesn't come with bacon. We didn't go inside.

Absolutely the best service at a McDonald's that I've ever had! And, the food is always hot.

It's clean and what you expect. I order special and they always get it right.

This location is ALWAYS busy, yet ALWAYS speedy. I visit this drive-thru at least twice a month, for several years, and my order has ALWAYS been correct, warm, and the drink-straw is ALWAYS in the bag. Love the deals on the McDonald's app! I save tons of money ordering my favorites there. Also have gotten many free food items by redeeming my points and even got a free treat for my birthday! 😉😀😁

Clean dining room and good service

As usual, a great place for fast food

Drive thru was efficient and polite.

Language barrier can be an issue but the girls always get my order correct.

The young men up front was so nice and great customer service. He was very helpful trying to put everything nice and comfortable for me to carry everything outside on my own. Did not get he's name. But was the skinny young boy in the front register..around 1015am thank you 4 being so nice caring and
