Ordered the "poul en sos" with "diri a djon djon" and it was absolutely amazing. The chicken literally fell off the bone, sauce it was cooked in is to die for, and is phenomenal on the rice and "banann peze"
Highly recommended if you are interested in trying Harlan food and drinks. Our order took a while for us to get it but when we finally did, it was totally worth the wait. The drinks are great, make sure you know what you are ordering or ask the waitress/staff.
It was New Years Day and I needed my Soup Joumou!!! My family is in NY and I hadn't had a chance to try any Haitian restaurants here since I moved.

The food and drinks here are really good!! I highly recommend the Pwason Woz (Whole Red Snapper sauteed) and the Akra Morue! The snapper was so delicious and juicy! AlsoThe atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable which is a plus!
The food and drinks here are so good. I had the goat, husband had the red snapper. It's traditional, so there were bones. But we expected that. Everyone was super friendly, we met the chef and he talked to us about some of the dishes. Save room for the rum cake!

I went there couple days ago with my whole family on vacation from New Jersey . Greatest place in the community where you can bring whoever. Nice and clean. The food taste good. We were very satisfied.
A piece of home in the DMV, make sure you stop by and say Hi the Chef Berto. If you partake in alcohol, do try the “goudou goudou” drink you will not regret it. Neat or with ice it is delicious.
