Only one visit a coffee was good. I was able to sit in there with my laptop and get some work done while waiting for my car service. The only concern was that by 10:00 a.m. a lot of high school kids came in and we're a bit noisy and boisterous. If this is the norm, it would not be a good place to sit and enjoy the coffee or do work.
My first time at this location and the drive-Thru went by quickly and easily. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. I received my bagel and drink, and I pulled off. They did great with my "lightly toasted" request, but where's my cream chese?!? Next time, I'll check my order before driving away.
I go to Dunkin' Donuts everyday during my work shift for the Metro. I always get a large unsweetened green tea. The name on my receipt is Carlos, but the short Hispanic man and the slightly taller, chunkier man at this location have outstanding customer service! Not only were they very fast, friendly and helpful but they also are model employees for customer service. I am truly impressed with this location's service and drinks.

Past few times I visited drive up, The strawberry sprinkle doughnuts and blueberry cake doughnuts were out. Customer service depends on who is at the drive up window .I am a fan of the Avocado toast it's always good .
Great Dunkin Dounuts location. Orders are generally made right but if they happen to be wrong, they will easily correct them. I have no issues with this place. Staff is very polite. Only negative thing I can remember is that they sell out of chocolate dounuts fairly quickly and once I watch a old Asian man order a bacon egg and cheese begal but get flipping angry over the fact there was bacon on the sandwich. I can still hear his sweet angry voice as he shouted... "🗣BACON? YOU...NOOOOOO BACON!"
This is a very new location but I've been here a few times at different times of day. I've gone into the store as well as used the drive thru. Everyone that I've encountered has been friendly and professional. The store is very clean and aside from them not having the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie syrup (They're not the only one in the area that doesn't. So I don't hold that against them.) I've been extremely satisfied with my experience. With that being said I will continue to visit this establishment.
I order food online so hate to have to wait for my donut order there are getting better but 15 minutes ahead at 6am should be a quick grab and go

My little Grandson loves for me to take him to Dunkin Donut before I take him to school. He loves the 2 for $5 egg, cheese and bacon on croissant. By the way , they are delicious and priced great too. I love this place because the atmosphere is so clean and the staff is so professional and Curtious.. Keep up the Great work that you do ! I would recommend you to everybody!
Of all the local Dunkin Donuts, I like this one the best. Toasted Coconut donuts! The folks are friendly and fast & my order is usually correct.
Friendly employees. Sunday Funday with the husband and kids was a pleasant outing here. We ordered a half dozen of donuts (glazed,jelly and chocolate) and 2 coffee lattes and they were all delicious.
Great spot for a coffee and quick sandwich. The coffee is fresh and food tastes good. The workers have always been nice and helpful.
First time coming here in like a year cause of my bad experience I had the last time but I was in the area so I thought I would give it another chance, Tommy took my order at the drive through from the start her greeted me and was very professional didn't rush me, and at the window was very friendly definitely will be coming back thanks to him!
