The food here is always amazing, as well as all of the staff! Always leave full and happy! And I always seek out their food truck tab local events!
Honestly, it didnt take me but a few bites. Holy s*** these guys know what they are doing!! Yeah ill make the 45 min drive out here again. No questions. Melts in your mouth. Flavorful. Mmmmmmmmmm. 9.5/10. The corn isnt my favorite. But still good.
Very yummy! Owner is so sweet helped me to my car with my bags cause I had my handful with baby and a wild toddler and purse. Pork sandwich and brisket sandwich are both Fire!!! Had and chicken was potato bowl and the chicken were amazing!!! Will be trying banana pudding next time as well as collard greens here good things about them!
This place is the Best!! This is Louisiana Style cooking for sure. The meat has a smoked flavor that you KNOW didn't come out of a bottle..and further proof is right there next to the restaurant in the form of a very large smoking BBQ..we observed the "pitmaster" checking the meats. Very tender and cooked to perfection..but wait up! The side dishes are of equal quality. Cornbread w/your meals, of course, but you'll also find collard greens, fried green tomatoes, fried okra, coleslaw and more..expect them to pack a Lil kick..this is Louisiana style!! Great food and I'm going again. Yum
This is a small business, attached to a gas station, with a smoking pit across from it. I've been to the station many times but never noticed this gem of a food stop. Highly recommend you come hungry..around $15-$20 plate..and worth every penny.
Always delicious! The meats are all divine. The burger, pulled pork sammy, French dip are all amazing. The fried green means are a MUST TRY! The homemade sauce are impeccable, especially the BBQ sauce. Very fair prices. I just wish they had a "build your own appetizer platter" option so one could easily sample multiple sides.
The employee's and owner are all friendly and kind. We always get great service, whether we dine in or order to go.. there are a few tables in the lobby, but wear a coat. You won't be sorry for trying Smokin' Robinson... though you will regret not checking it out sooner.
This may be best BBQ I’ve ever had. Definitely the best collard greens I’ve ever had. My gf ordered the chicken and could not stop say how amazing it was. Please stop by here for a bite. You won’t be disappointed!!
