I go to Panera's in the Midwest (Mason, OH) 3-6 times a week. I was amazed to find this Panera in Silverdale so peaceful and the people so kind. No managers yelling, nobody complaining. My bagel has never been so perfectly sliced and toasted. Everything is so clean and the dishes are not plastic. My daughter was not feeling the best so while I was hugging her, someone quickly ran all our food. I was treated so kindly through the drive through yesterday, and I thought it was just the person, but after my experience today, I'm thinking this is just normal for this location or the Northwest. Either way, I am grateful for the wonderful experience and food.

But they need to put more meat on the Angus sandwich but everything else is good we need to get what we paid for not just for the bread

Cashier was super nice! It was my first time eating at panera, but my sis used to eat there a lot. She was disappointed that they ran out of French onion soup, but the salad replacement was quite good! The pepperoni flatbread pizza was phenomenal! The taste reminded me of the pizza lunches in elementary school, but with a much tastier crust. Coffee was super delicious and they let us have a refill. Chocolate chip cookie was only 99¢, and pretty darn good. Chipotle chicken sandwich was pretty delicious too. Very surprised at how good everything was and will definitely go again!

I received it at 1130am, the soup was hot, the br w ad qS fresh, salad crisp and fresh and my favorite tuna sandwich was delicious!
