Pizza Hut - Silverdale - Photo album

I ordered a large well done pizza online last night Silverdale, WA, and received a burnt pizza. That is that the cheese was dark brown to black, and most certainly uneatable. The delivery was late as well. Don't waste your time ordering from Pizza Hut, they are nowhere near the company they used

I called and made an order and during my order I was having trouble communicating with her because there was a screaming child on the other line with her. I could barely hear or understand what she was saying. I don't know why there is a child there especially by the phone when people are calling in

Food was cold when we got it due to not knowing when it was sat outside our door. They got the order wrong. And when i called, i sat on hold for 10-15 minutes and then they hung up. Worst Pizza hut I've been to.

Richard was awesome. Puller in for a late night pizza and though it was super busy he provided first class customer service to all the customers and got my pie out quick and fast. Well done, Sir!

Make the pizzas fresh. The pizza was very dry and hard. The bread was pretty much toast with way too much sauce and no barely any cheese. I paid extra for pan pizza and was given hand tossed.

Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. Somehow the dough was not cooked but also cardboard flat. Stuffed crust had no cheese in the crust and cheese on top was only on half the pizza. Specifically asked at pickup whether sauces were in the bag, kid at the counter confirmed but I should have checked

Very disappointed. The pizza was not made very well at all. My medium cheese pizza, didn't even have sauce, or if it did not much at all. Cheese was burnt. Their food is going downhill.

Although the parking situation is horrendous (only 2 parking spots for people picking up orders), the one who delivered the food made sure to look for our vehicle and made his way to us and gave us our food carefully and with as much social distancing as he could do. Very thoughtful and considerate.
