Excellent coffee and friendly staff! This is the place to buy delectable fudge in Kitsap County! My favorite is walnut chocolate and tiger's butter fudge. They have a phenomenal Huckleberry and watermelon RedBull iced drink with cream. I also, buy their chocolate gummy bears, excellent! This is my favorite coffee and chocolate stop in the mall.

While I was doing a quick walk through the Kitsap Mall late morning, I decided to try Gosanko Candy store; honestly, who could resist at least one piece of chocolate? For a while, I have seen this store but have had reservations about purchasing some of their chocolate, not because of what I thought it would taste like, but more so the cost. As I entered this very well laid out candy store and gazed upon the many mouthwatering choices of chocolate, I was so overwhelmed with the many truffles they had to offer. And by the time I looked at the extensive selection, I had to start all over again! I finally just decided to pick a few, seven total, with four being sugar-free. Here is where the disappointment and the sticker shock sets in. I spent over nine dollars for what I thought was seven pieces of candy, yet I had only five in my bag when I got home. The lady working there, although very friendly, shorted me two sugar-free truffles. I wish I would have looked right then and there; I guess you would call that a lesson learned?! So, how was the taste of the pretty little truffles? They were pretty good, but I wouldn't consider them excellent; the caramels were the least of my favorites, but this opinion is coming from someone who bakes a lot and makes many truffles. Aside from the cost, I can see how these would go over well with someone that isn't a confectioner. The candy store was clean, well organized and maintained, very aesthetically pleasing! The lady working there, was friendly, charming with a great personality. Gosankos chocolate store is a family-owned business that has been around since 1987, offering a few Washington State locations. You can find them at the Kitsap Mall near the Pretzel Maker, Baskin and Robbins Ice cream, and Barnes and Noble Book Store. Although I am disappointed paying for two extra pieces of candy that I did not get, I think it is remarkable that this small business has emerged into several locations and has survived these daunting Covid times. I urge anyone who wants specialty chocolate to venture to Kitsap Mall and try them out, but be prepared to spend a little and count your chocolates before leaving! *Thank you always for supporting any job as well as locally owned small businesses, don't forget to be kind and courteous to everyone*

The chocolates are WONDERFUL! We were disappointed by some chocolates sold out, but worth going in for the elusive "sea foam" candy and chocolate slugs!! Yummy!!

When McD's and Starbucks were sold out of coffee, I stopped on my way through and the cashier was so polite and pleasant to interact with. Made a wonderful pumpkin spice latte exactly right, made my whole night better!! Will be returning again and again!
