Very knowledgeable Nutrition Coaches, friendly service and a fantastic menu of delicious healthy protein shake concoctions. Definitely a healthy and filling meal for breakfast and lunch especially when your shake order comes with a shot of Aloe Vera juice and a cup of delicious tea (hot or cold).
