Ordered 4 sandwiches of just grilled chicken. Ended up with all the wrong sandwich order and no receipt to help when going thru drive thru to correct. Very ride staff, said was my fault will not be going back
Wendy's has great food options, but they are notorious for getting orders wrong. I todsy was disappointed with their service and the accuracy of our order. Overall, though, I enjoy their menu choices.
The general food was decent but the fries were ice cold
Well, I pulled up this morning and noticed construction workers inside, which didnt mean much since the lobby has been closed because of Covid. Pulled up to the lit up menu and sat there and sat there no response. So I pulled forward around the corner and could see cars that looked like they belonge
The 4 for 4 has shrunk in size. The fries were a mixture of raw, cooked and burnt fries.
Generally I like Wendy's but today's burger had far too much salt. Staff needs training and supervision regarding wearing masks properly. The girl at the window needs to cover the nose.
They forgot half our order and were very unprofessional. I understand it’s fast food, but when you have inappropriate conversations and ignore your customers, it makes the establishment none desirable.
Great food, cold rooms, though.
