Early afternoon & it wasn't too overly packed, but still busy. The server was by himself and he did exceptionally well! As a manager myself in the restaurant business, I am very observant and I was impressed! The food was great and a great value.
Me and my family love IHop and the waiters are so polite and friendly
I love their food but their cook does not know how to cook the eggs so there are no runny whites. And you can't get my favorite pecan syrup there during Covid.
We went on Xmas day for breakfast, 10am. I knew it was gonna be packed so I didn't mind the wait. I figured after we got our table they would be too busy for us. The guy serving us was AMAZING. Interesting situation... they open at 6am but still had the chain on the front door at 6:12. I called n they let me in the side door. At least I was the first one there n got my meal blazing fast! I've only been to this location twice, but both times I experienced a long wait. The first time I attempted to eat here (2017?) my party and I waited so long we ended up leaving after an hour without ever being waited on. The second time, the wait wasn't quite as long, but I have a different gripe:
Food is really good if you like breakfast food or Burgers....OPEN 24/7... I've had really good experiences with serves here... very pleasant...the only DOWNFALL to our IHOP is...how old the restaurant is.
Only place open on Christmas and the wait line and order online wait were equally long. Poorly staffed and managed.
