The girl with the dark hair was rude and didn't bother getting our order out of the case, she just went back to making dough as we stood waiting there and we ended up asked a nice girl with green hair. Plus the other girl was constantly looking at her phone and touching dough back and forth. Disgust

We used to love this place but the last 3 times we tried to get a large cookie cake they have said they didn't have time. I called today and tried to order one and the lady said I have too much to do today so I can't. It's a little crazy since that's what their business is making cookies.

Whenever I come, I get excellent service, but they never offer me the employee discount or employee size drink since I work in the malls. They also didn't take my order while I waited at least ten minutes. They have great cookies though.
