I came in today and got my usually #2 with cheese, and the staff was great, service was quick and efficient, showed them my vax card and sat down to eat. Jimmy Johns food is great, but my delivery took a whole 40 min after the initial promise of 15 min and I was unsatisfied with the wait. Can I please have a reimbursement in a sandwich for the long wait please?

Their price is 32% higher than store on Touhy. No one could answer why $21.35 For a Giant number 7 is a joke, and a rip off. Every JJ I have been to is around $16.

Excellent sandwich (as always) as well as fast, friendly service and a clean restaurant.

They may be short staffed but my order took 75 minutes to get to me. I called to ask and they seem unconcerned about sandwiches that are clearly not fresh after sitting in a car for an hour after they are made. They should let people know they are short staffed before they order. Yuck.

Almost 2 hours for delivery, then the driver doesn't deliver sandwich to right place. Second time this has happened.
