Excellent as always. Top notch customer service is an understatement. I know it’s been said a million times already but other fast food companies should take note. The food was excellent. Hopefully Chick-fil-A wins the fast food wars and is the last restaurant standing (ask John Spartan).
They have "fast" down to a science: despite the line of cars wrapping twice around the building, your order is usually taken within 10 minutes and served within 25 -- and, on a good day, you'll be out in 10 minutes total. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the food is consistent with this brand.
As usual, polite and Godly service, with the expected high-quality food and drinks. Despite the long line in the parking lot, the experience is pleasant because the workers are pleasant.

I would give 5 stars if your chicken is similar size to Canes Chicken, but NO. Your chicken is smaller or the same size a Waffle Fry!

I think they should revamp the procedures for delivery drivers. They only have three spaces for drivers but have ten for online orders. They are notoriously late for the drivers between 10 to 15 minutes late while drive thru people don’t have to wait that long. Very understaffed for the drivers.
Don't let the long line at the drive-through stop you from getting your nugget fix. They have it down to a science; moves double time to other places. Oh, and remember to order an extra waffle fry to munch on your way home as your reward!
Always delicious and service is friendly and quick. Ordered through drive through and through the app. Only once in numerous orders has it been wrong. Manager corrected it right away.
