Haven't been in ages. Went in after doctors appointment only because it had one other person inside. Customer Service was great and so was the food.
This is coming from someone who worked for this chain years ago in his 20's and hadn't had BK in probably 15 years or more, so believe me when I say I was shocked at how good the food was compared to other chain places in the area. I don't remember such quality back north where I grew up. I can't speak for the dining room as covid has me staying out of most places if I can help it but as for the drive-through we are always impressed. They are the only place that has yet to have me pull up, and even in this pandemic (I work in the industry so I know what Im comparing to) they have a very polite attitude every time we've come through. This spot has actually become at least a once if not twice a week stop for us if only for a snack to get us through. Honestly wont stop anywhere else this side of town anymore.
